Jennifer Browning
Hair Designer
Originally from Mississippi, I began my career as a hair designer in 1999 at a Bumble & Bumble salon in Chapel Hill, where I received a Master Design certificate. Over the years I have continually devoted myself to education and recently completed the Redken program and received my certification as a Master Colorist. My designs have been showcased in local fashion shows and I have been featured in Elle and Chapel Hill Magazine. I have also worked with a national television show helping to improve a contestant’s style through haircut, color, and makeup application. I  love every aspect of the hair design industry, and consider my number one hobby keeping up on the latest trends and techniques. I enjoy working with a diverse range of people including college students, young stylish professionals, international clients, and trendy moms. When you are in my chair, I am committed to listening to the details and to balancing professional advice with an understanding of your needs and wants. It is my core belief that every person can have beautiful hair, and that every face can be accentuated with the proper cut, color, and style working together to highlight and harmonize its unique features - and I would love the opportunity to prove it to you.

After graduating from High School I relocated from Pittsburgh, PA to Durham, NC in 1999.  I spent the next several years in upper management with General Nutrition Centers.  In 2007, I graduated from the Aveda Institute and began my career at Blueprint. In order to further my education and enhance my skill sets I have taken Advanced Color Education with both Wella and Redken, Advanced Cut classes, and Management Classes with Bumble & Bumble.  I specialize in Advanced Color treatments and make it my top priority to listen to my client’s wants and needs.  So whether you need a makeover or just want to tweak and perfect what you already have, I will strive to exceed your expectations!

Teresa Kesselman
Hair Specialist
I am a people person!  My openness, spunk, and sense of humor are sure to put you at ease. I have been working in the salon industry since 1983, and have trained with many great schools, such as Vidal Sassoon in London, Toni & Guy in Dallas, Graham Webb in Washington D.C., Trevor Sorbie, and Minardi & Minardi Color Exchange. My specialties include shaping hair in its natural state to create a style that is easy to maintain.  I am also proficient in working with curly hair and fine, thinning hair, as well as in helping women who are transitioning into a mature stage in life who would like a youthful, updated look.  I am highly skilled with short hair, ranging from the classic to urban cutting-edge looks.  I love working with color in all its forms; it is a way to make a visual impact – from dimensional highlights, to blending grey, to creating a bold statement that will turn heads.

Jennifer Runion
Hair Designer

Creativity is my passion! That is why I love Hair Design, which has been my field since 1996. I am an excellent listener, and am confident in my ability to create any look you desire! I have understanding and experience in the full range of hair types and textures, and have received instruction in all types of cuts, including razoring and both long and short styles.

Is your hair unruly or frizzy? Let me help tame your locks with a smoothing treatment! I specialize in color techniques such as balayage – with training from Wella, TIGI, Aveda, and RUSK experts – that can bring results ranging from natural-looking to totally funky! I also enjoy designing individualized hairstyles for special events such as parties or weddings. Your hair is a part of who you are, and you can trust me to create the perfect pathway to achieving your vision for it!
