COVID-19 Procedures

We are committed to delivering the safest service possible for each visit.  Please be aware of our current policies:

What we’re doing:

Our staff is wearing face masks at all times or as long as it is recommended that we do so by local authorities or as deemed necessary by management. Appointments are strategically spaced to ensure a safe number of clients and staff in the salon at one time.

Our staff agrees to:

– Not come to the salon if they have a fever or have had any symptoms in the last 21-days (fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell or taste, severe headache, or sore throat).

– Not come to the salon if they have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

– Maintain social distancing as much as possible.

Our Clients Agree to:

– Wear face coverings/masks at all times.  Please bring a mask or cloth face covering with you – behind-the-ear style preferred.

– Wait outside the salon until called in unless notified that they will be the first client of their designer’s day.
– Enter through the lobby door (side door is exit only except after 6 pm and weekends). 
– Not bring visitors with them at this time (one guardian may accompany a young child).
– Be screened at check-in.  Screening consists of three simple yes/no questions and a temperature scan.

We encourage you to skip your blowdry time if possible.  This helps reduce the amount of time you spend around others and also helps to limit the potential risk that forced-air may bring.If you feel ill, have a fever, or have been in contact with others who have been ill, please contact us to reschedule your appointment – we will work with you to get you rescheduled in a timely manner.

Salon Precautions:
– High touch surfaces such as door handles, salon chairs, countertops, and faucets, etc. are cleaned regularly.
– All high touch materials have been removed such as magazines.
– The salon is professionally cleaned regularly.
We are making every effort to create a safe and inviting salon environment. Clients and staff are encouraged to err on the side of caution if they feel unwell or feel they may create an exposure risk.
We also adhere to the 3Ws as outlined by the CDC and the NCDHHS:
     Wear a covering over your nose and mouth.
     Wait 6 feet apart to avoid close contact.
     Wash your hands our use sanitizer
